MANUAL COURSE REGISTRATION FOR SEMESTER II ACADEMIC SESSION 2025/2026 FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS

Assalamualaikum wbt & Greetings,

Attention to all Undergraduate Students,

Referring to Official Announcement No. 1 of 2026 issued by the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic and International Affairs), the Semester II Academic Session 2025/2026 classes will be conducted online from 9 to 27 March 2026. Accordingly, the manual course registration process will also be conducted online. Details are as follows:

A) FACULTY OF COMPUTING COURSES

• Manual course registration (for courses offered by the Faculty of Computing) will be PRIORITIZED for students in the following categories:

(a) Final-year students who will undergo Industrial Training in Semester I of the 2026/2027 Academic Session.
(b) Students who will undergo Work-Based Learning (WBL) in Semester I of the 2026/2027 Academic Session.
(c) Courses that are prerequisite courses.
(d) Students from the BCG, BCN (Intake 2023 and below), and BCS programmes.

• Subject to available capacity, applications from students outside these categories will be considered, and the courses will be registered in the second week of lectures.

• All applications are subject to faculty approval.

• Applications are open from 9 until 27 March 2026 only. Late or early submissions will not be considered.

• The application procedure is as follows:

(a) Faculty of Computing Students

1) Complete the Manual Course Registration Application Form (FK Course) and obtain approval from your Academic Advisor. The form can be accessed via the following link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1MOgbwGXmfajxQF3MmTrwqnn1-9LnmPRo/view?usp=drive_link

2) Students who wish to enrol in more than 20 credit hours are required to obtain prior approval from the Dean by submitting a formal application letter via email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

3) Fill in the Google Form and upload the completed application form via the following link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeYKguQSZv1y227atCqlFqQj-tACps5Lub5VHR4DfnGH7YrSA/viewform

4) Each submission is for one (1) course only. For multiple courses, a separate submission is required for each course.

5) Applications will be processed within three (3) working days. Submissions received after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.

6) Students may check the application status after three (3) working days. If the course does not appear in the course registration record, the application is deemed NOT APPROVED.

(b) Non-Faculty of Computing Students

1) Complete the Manual Course Registration Application Form (FK Course) and obtain approval from your Academic Advisor. The form can be

2) Fill in the Google Form and upload the completed application form via the following link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeYKguQSZv1y227atCqlFqQjtACps5Lub5VHR4DfnGH7YrSA/viewform 

3) Each submission is for one (1) course only. For multiple courses, a separate submission is required for each course.

4) The Faculty of Computing Academic Office will forward the application (approved or otherwise) to the relevant faculty’s Academic Office for further
processing.

B) SERVICE COURSES (PBM/PSK/PSM/FPI)
Registration for the service courses (PBM/PSK/PSM/FPI) will follow the guidelines and procedures set by the respective Service Centre.
