PEKAN, 19 November 2025 – The 4th UMPSA x HUAWEI AppGallery Mobile App Competition (UXHMAC) 2025) concluded with remarkable success at Dewan Serbaguna UMPSA Pekan.

Organised by the Faculty of Computing, Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) in collaboration with HUAWEI AppGallery and the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC), and supported by Premier Digital Tech Institution (PDTI).

This year, UXHMAC 2025 recorded an impressive participation of 195 teams, involving over 400 students from 36 higher learning institutions nationwide. From these, 15 universities and colleges advanced to the Grand Finale to compete in:
🔹 Top 10 Innovation Idea Pitching (Track A)
🔹 Top 10 Mobile Application Product Competition (Track B)

Grand Finale competing institutions included:
Universiti Malaya (UM), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) , Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP) , Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) , Tunku Abdul Rahman of University Management and Technology (TARUMT) Perak Branch, Kolej Kemahiran Tinggi MARA (KKTM) Petaling Jaya, Politeknik Ungku Omar, Asia Pacific University (APU), Management and Science University (MSU), Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Sunway University, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah(UMPSA)

The event also welcomed approximately 1,000 visitors, creating a vibrant and energetic finale experience.
